Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship from Australia-wide for $10, or free over $150. 
We use Australia Post standard post, which can vary from 5-8 business days depending on your location.

Upgrade to Express Post during checkout for $15, which can usually mean 1-3 business days depending on your location.

Parcels are shipped from Brisbane, and will be dispatched within 2 business days. 

We do not currently offer local pickup.

We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses. 

We are not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to issues caused by Australia Post.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics), we regrettably cannot offer returns or refunds. However, if your goods arrive damaged, please email us at info@fnga.com.au within 2 days of delivery with photos & description of issue. 

Our lamp works in a higher nanometer range of 395nm-405nm. This means it can cure most, but not ALL gels. Pleasure ensure to check with the manufacturer of your gels prior to purchase.
