Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics), we regrettably cannot offer returns or refunds. However, if your goods arrive damaged, please email us at info@fnga.com.au within 2 days of delivery with photos & description of issue. 

Our lamp works in a nigher nanometer range of 395nm-405nm. This means it can cure most, but not ALL gels. Pleasure ensure to check with the manufacturer of your gels prior to purchase. 

Warranty

We offer a limited 6 month warranty for our lamp. If you run into such an issue, please record a video of the product showing the issue and email us at info@fnga.com.au for further instructions. 

Our Warranty does not cover the following damage:

(1) any damage resulting from any act or omission, accident or negligence by you or any third party not engaged by us, including;

• disassembling the product.
• dropping the product
• plugging the device in a different voltage of your power point. 
• burnt equipment
• water or solvent damage

(2) discolouration of the product. This includes scratches etc from regular use.
